Arnd Holzapfel studied at Tübingen and Cologne Universities. Already working at CBH during his legal traineeship, he joined Manfred Haesemann's Building Law Team in 1992 after having been admitted to the bar.
Supporting public clients with regard to all issues of Private Building Law is one of the focal points of his work. Furthermore, numerous contractors in the building industry also count on his assistance, in particular with regard to legally complicated and difficult issues.
Arnd Holzapfel is particularly knowledgeable and experienced in legal support of road and tunnel building projects throughout Germany. He is a member of the Research Association for Underground Transportation Facilities and German Building Law Forum and has become known through numerous publications. The latest was his commentary on building contracts and building supervision in "Kersten/Bühling“, a standard work which has been well known for decades.
He has for many years been mentioned in the JUVE Handbook of commercial law firms as a lawyer frequently recommended in the field of Private Building Law.
