Stefan Rappen has been working with CBH since 1993. He is a Certified Specialist in Administrative Law and focuses on questions of Public Building Law as well as Environmental and Planning Law.
His work centres on project development and project management for the building and real estate industry. He advises companies throughout Germany with regard to the siting of new and revitalisation of existing residential and industrial areas and also with regard to large-sized individual projects, including all project-related environmental aspects such as contaminated sites, immission control and the protection of species. He also deals with the development, re-utilization and legal asset management of property stock.
A further focus is legal project management with regard to larger infrastructure projects, in particular roads, pipelines and underground railways. Stefan Rappen is a member of the Building Law Working Group of the German Lawyers' Association.
