Prof. Dr. Max Dietlein

From 1965 onwards Prof. Max Dietlein was a judge at the Rhineland-Palatinate Higher Administrative Court and from 1971 onwards Assistant Director in the Federal Ministry of Justice. As from 1980 he continued as Assistant Director at the German Bundesrat) and at the same time served as secretary of the mediation committee of the Bundestag and the Bundesrat. From 1987 to 1994 Prof. Dietlein was President of the Constitutional Court of North-Rhine Westphalia and President of the Higher Administrative Court.

In our firm Prof. Dietlein handled matters of Administrative and Constitutional Law.

At the end of 2005 Prof. Dietlein left his active professional work for reasons of age.
